webutil error WUC-19 Unable to write t local file

When the user have all permissions on the PC, there is no message.

But if he have not, he get the WUC-19 message each time

the Forms load with WEBUTIL.PLL attached.

In which local(client) directory Webutil try to write ?

      WebUtil writes to the \bin directory of the Jinitiator installation.
